1) Try to stay out of the sun between 11am and 3pm
2) Drink lots of water and cold drinks regularly, to keep you hydrated
3) If you’re indoors, close your curtains/blinds to keep the house a little cooler.
If your friends of colleagues are struggling with the heat, get them to a cool place to rest and give them plenty of fluids.
